I talk right to my agent and I don't have to go through a switchboard or talk to any middlemen. It's small enough that I can get right to the people who know what I need. When I moved over 60 miles away, they still covered my area so I stayed with them and they were more than helpful in switching all of our insurance over when we bought our new home.
