Carl Savich CIC's Profile and Contact Information

Carl graduated from Valparaiso University in 1981 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and began his insurance career as an agent serving the citizens of greater La Porte in 1983. Carl joined the staff of General Insurance Services in 1994 where he focuses in the area of personal lines coverage which includes auto, home, farm, watercraft, recreational vehicles, personal umbrella, and life insurance. Carl earned the Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) designation in 1998.

Carl and his family live in La Porte and he enjoys gardening, travel, music, outdoor activities, and is an avid sports fan. He is the past president of the La Porte County Life Underwriters Association, a past member of the La Porte Jaycees, past President and current Trustee of the La Porte YMCA, and is a current board member of the La Porte Hospital Foundation and the Campus Life Youth for Christ Community Support Network. He also volunteers as a “Lunch Buddy” for the Youth Service Bureau’s grade school mentoring program and is a La Porte Slicer Booster Club member. Carl and his family attend Agape Christian Church in La Porte.
