Janice Levenhagen's Profile and Contact Information

Janice has been a licensed agent since 1983. She joined General Insurance Service, Inc. in 1987. She specializes in group benefits for employers 2-50. This includes payroll deduction plans such as short term and long term disability, dental, life and supplementary products with AFLAC. 
 
For Individuals: Besides offering health, life and disability insurance, Janice has been certified to sell long term care insurance with the Indiana Partnership Long Term Care Program for over 10 years. Janice earned a Chartered Life Underwriter and Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow designations through the American College and continues ongoing education for employee benefits. She is also a member of both the state and national life and health associations and a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. 
 
Janice has volunteered and presided over boards for several organizations in the community. She lives in La Porte and is a member of St. John's church. She has two grown children that left the nest several years ago. In her spare time, she enjoys attempting to play golf and traveling with her husband David.
